Does anyone out there have a lean audit or assessment tool that they'd be willing to share with the world?  I'll make sure it gets onto the blog and that you get credit.  I'm going to start working on one that I'll share.  I'd like to get some "open source innovation" going on such an audit form.

Even if you see this post months from now, please respond.  Don't assume that, just because it's an old post, that we've gotten all the responses we need.
